- 2013 Audi S4 B8 6MT
Hey Audi fam, would my motor messed up if i down shift from 3rd to 2nd and my rpm went from 6000 to 7500. So basically i was on a highway and i wanted to pass a slow driver on the middle lane. I proceeded to floor the gas paddle and while the rpm reved up to 6k i shifted to 2nd thinking it was 4th… smh 1st time miss shifting but im worried if my engine would mess up because of this. My car is a 2013 S4 6MT. Any input would be great just a bit on edge with what just happened.
